Twin Falls, IDJ-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc is hiring a Land Development Project Manager/Project Engineer to work in our Twin Falls, ID office.
Our Land Development Group has long-term core clients who are developing some of the most interesting and challenging projects in the state, including single and multi-family residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

While applying technical, engineering knowledge and skills, this position will:
Oversee and direct Client / Project Development and Management.
Conduct initial client consultations, develop project scopes and budgets, and work with team members and subconsultants for engineering services.
Oversee, plan, design, implement, and provide peer review for quality control of infrastructure for primarily land development projects.
Participate in all phases of project development, planning, permitting, design, and construction.
Provide direction to design teams consisting of surveyors, designers, drafters, and planning support personnel.
Lead and interact with government agencies for necessary permits, access/crossing agreements, easements, encroachments, and other necessary requirements.
Collaborate with other engineers, architects, planners, sub-consultants, and public agencies on projects.
Work independently to manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets for engineering services.
Attend public meetings, public forums, and open houses to discuss project details and answer questions, as required.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree (B.
S.
) in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
o Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain comity in Idaho within two months of starting work)o 8-10
years of civil engineering design experience, specifically in land development related areaso AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience is preferredo 2
years of client and/or project management with increasing responsibilities Salary Range:
$107,000 - $120,000 determined by experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
